When user accounts are created, you will be assigned one or more roles that enable you to see relevant media plans, tasks and assets. This enables you to work with your team, assigning tasks, seeing their comments and utilising the workflows that have been created to manage the tasks. The roles are designed to closely match individual job roles, and therefore support your day-to-day tasks in an easy to understand way.

- Studio Designer
- Studio Manager
- Campaign Producer
- Account Manager
- Global Market Manager
- Local Market Manager
- Global Media Manager
- Local Media Manager
Tip: When requesting a new user account, please ensure that you specify the role(s) that should be associated with that user. You can request a user account by contacting help@createtotally.com
Each role is associated with one or more permissions in the system. When you log in, you will have access to all the permissions and workflows that are enabled for the roles you have been assigned.
Tip: If you think you are missing access to a file (for example, your colleagues can see it, but you can’t), it may be that your role and/or permissions haven’t been set correctly. Contact help@createtotally.com to confirm that your account is correctly set up.
