Auto fit text frame to content

Auto fit text frame to content is enabled as a default for tagged TextFrame page item in CreateTOTALLY Tagging app

This feature is required when text content is variable but has a fixed pt size range. In this example below the scale range is minimum of 6pt and maximum of 10.5 pt for TextFrame DealerPanel

If the copy exceeds the existing text frame we automatically fit the text frame to the new content after we've scaled the text to agreed range. This prevents overset text error when resizing down and scaling text size
